Business questions
How do I claim an existing listing?
Find the business on the claim page, sign in with an email magic link or Google, and verify with a code sent to the phone already on the listing. A voice code is available.
How do I add a business that is not listed?
Sign in, enter your business details and verify the phone. New owner-added listings enter review. You can then edit hours, services, description and address visibility in your dashboard.
Can one account manage several locations?
Yes. There is no location limit. A phone verified by that account can be reused for its other locations. Each location keeps its own Pro and Sponsored subscriptions.
What are the plans?
Free listings cost $0. Pro costs $49 per month. Sponsored placement costs $199 per month per service and metro, or $299 for Heavy Duty Towing. You do not need Pro to sponsor.
Can I cancel a paid plan anytime?
Yes. Use Manage billing. Access continues through the paid period. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and there are no partial-month refunds.
